Our Shinnoki edge banding solutions are developed to ensure a seamless match with our panels in appearance, performance and durability. We offer three types of edge banding:
- Veneer edge banding: guarantees a refined finish using the same veneer and look as the Shinnoki panels, including the natural character of the wood.
- ABS edge banding: designed for intensive use applications and are color and structure matched to the panels.

01 Veneer edge banding
Veneer edge banding is made from natural veneer with a paper backing, fully brushed, stained and varnished, with dark references colored in the mass for optimal depth and consistency.
Its key advantage is the authentic veneer look and premium finish, while discoloring in the same way as the panel to ensure a harmonious result over time.

- Thickness: 0.6 mm (1/42")
- Width: 24 mm or 48 mm (15/16" or 17/8")
- Supplied in rolls of 100 m (328 ft)

02 ABS edge banding
ABS edge banding features a printed and embossed ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) surface that is pre-finished, stained & varnished and colored in the mass for strong color consistency.
Its main advantage is high impact resistance and durability, delivering a perfectly matched finish that is instantly ready for use without any touch-up.

Recommended Use
The best choice for applications requiring high durability, such as table tops, kitchen fronts or furniture exposed to moisture and impact.
03 Veneer and ABS banding
The new veneer + ABS edge banding combines a natural veneer surface with a matching ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) backing, fully brushed, stained and varnished for a refined finish.
Its distinctive advantage is that it unites the authentic look of real veneer with enhanced impact resistance, requiring no touch-up while discoloring in the same way as the panel for a durable and seamless result.
